1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and bbaji999 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing the bbaji999 website, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue your use of the bbaji999 platform. Continued use of the platform following notification of any amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms and form part of the overall agreement between you and bbaji999.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on bbaji999, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing the platform in your own name and on your own behalf.
• You are not a resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not acting as an agent, nominee, or representative for any third party.
• You do not currently hold another active or suspended account on bbaji999.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from the platform for a violation of these Terms.
• You are not an employee, contractor, affiliate, or close family member of any employee of bbaji999 or its associated companies.

Age Verification

bbaji999 reserves the right to request age verification documentation from any player at any time, including at the point of registration, before processing a withdrawal, or as part of an ongoing KYC (Know Your Customer) review. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued by a competent authority. Until age verification is satisfactorily completed, withdrawal requests may be held pending and bonus funds may be withheld.

Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 18 will be immediately and permanently suspended. Any funds in such an account will be handled in accordance with applicable law and our internal underage gambling prevention procedures.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of services offered by bbaji999 — including placing bets, making deposits, and claiming bonuses — you must register a player account. Registration is free of charge and is subject to the eligibility conditions set out in Section 2.

Registration Requirements

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information, including but not limited to:

• Your date of birth.
• A valid, personal email address that you own and regularly access.
• Your mobile phone number registered in Bangladesh.
• A preferred username and a strong, unique password.
• Your residential address within Bangladesh.

You agree that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point is truthful, accurate, and complete. bbaji999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account where false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is discovered.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must contact bbaji999 support immediately at support@bbaji999. bbaji999 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account on bbaji999. Operating multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent suspension of all accounts associated with the player. Any balances, winnings, or pending withdrawals in duplicate accounts may be forfeited.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Accepted Payment Methods

bbaji999 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) via the following mobile financial services (MFS) and payment methods:

• bKash — Bangladesh's largest mobile financial service provider.
• Nagad — Bangladesh Post Office digital financial service.
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking service.
• Upay — United Commercial Bank mobile financial service.
• Visa / Mastercard — International debit and credit cards (subject to issuing bank approval).

INR deposits are also supported for South Asian cross-border players. Available INR payment methods are displayed at the cashier during the deposit process.

Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction.
• Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification tier. Limits are displayed in the cashier section of your account.
• Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your account instantly upon successful MFS transaction confirmation.
• bbaji999 does not charge any fee for deposits, however your MFS provider may apply standard transaction charges.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is within 24 hours for MFS methods under normal circumstances.
• bbaji999 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal. Pending KYC may extend processing times.
• Withdrawal requests may be declined or held if they are flagged by our fraud prevention or anti-money laundering (AML) systems pending further review.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus play are subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal. See Section 6 for full bonus terms.

5 Betting & Gaming Rules

All betting and gaming activity on bbaji999 is subject to the specific rules applicable to each product category — sports betting, live casino, slots, and crash games. By placing a bet or entering a game, you confirm your understanding of and agreement to the relevant product rules.

Sports Betting

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Odds are subject to change before a bet is confirmed.
• All bets are binding once confirmed. Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled or amended by the player.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, bets will be settled in accordance with bbaji999's sport-specific settlement rules. Generally, matches not completed within 48 hours of the scheduled start time will result in void bets and stake refunds.
• Cricket betting markets include BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, ODI and Test matches involving Bangladesh Tigers, and other scheduled international cricket fixtures.
• bbaji999 reserves the right to suspend or void a betting market at any time if we have reason to believe the integrity of an event has been compromised.
• Maximum payout limits per event, per market, and per day are subject to bbaji999's liability management policy. These limits are communicated at the bet slip stage.

Casino & Slot Games

• All casino games are provided by certified third-party software providers including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe.
• Game outcomes for RNG-based games (slots, virtual table games) are determined by certified random number generators and are not influenced by bbaji999 or any external party.
• Live casino outcomes are determined in real time by physical game equipment operated by professional dealers under the oversight of the relevant game provider.
• In the event of a game disconnection during an active round, the round outcome will be settled based on the state of the game at the point of disconnection, in accordance with the game provider's rules. bbaji999 will not be liable for losses arising from your internet connection failure.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits for each game are displayed within the game interface.

Crash Games

Crash games including Aviator by Spribe use a provably fair algorithm. Players may verify the fairness of each round outcome using the verification tools provided within the game interface. It is the player's sole responsibility to cash out before the multiplier crashes; bbaji999 is not responsible for missed cash-outs due to delayed internet connections or player inaction.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

bbaji999 offers a range of bonus offers and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside the individual promotion.

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed account registration and passed any applicable verification requirements.
• Each promotion specifies a minimum qualifying deposit amount, eligible games, wagering requirement (expressed as a multiplier, e.g., 30x), time limit for meeting the wagering requirement, and maximum withdrawal cap from bonus winnings.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash prior to meeting wagering requirements.
• Only one bonus may be active on an account at any given time. Opting into a new promotion before completing the current active bonus will result in forfeiture of the existing bonus balance.
• bbaji999 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice. Where a promotion is cancelled after players have already opted in, any qualifying deposits will be returned as real-money balance.
• Abuse of bonuses — including but not limited to exploiting betting patterns designed to guarantee profit regardless of outcome, or creating multiple accounts to claim promotions more than once — will result in cancellation of the bonus and may result in permanent account suspension.
• Seasonal promotions tied to the Bangladesh cultural calendar (Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, T20 World Cup) carry additional specific terms published on the promotion page at the time of launch.

7 Responsible Gaming

bbaji999 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment. We offer a comprehensive set of player protection tools that are available to all account holders at no cost, effective immediately upon activation from account settings.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly BDT deposit caps. Limits can be reduced immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Configure maximum continuous session durations of between 30 minutes and 8 hours.
• Reality Checks: Receive on-screen notifications at intervals of 30, 60, or 90 minutes displaying session duration and net balance movement.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bbaji999. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete personal information during registration or verification.
• Using another person's payment method or identity documents.
• Employing automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform in any way not sanctioned by bbaji999.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings resulting from such exploitation are void and will be reversed.
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion, or any form of cheating in multiplayer games or live betting markets.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or copy any portion of the bbaji999 software or intellectual property.
• Communicating with bbaji999 staff in an abusive, threatening, or harassing manner.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law without disclosing this to bbaji999.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the bbaji999 platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software, game assets, promotional materials, and data compilations — is the exclusive intellectual property of bbaji999 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the bbaji999 platform solely for your personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or republish any portion of the platform's content without prior written consent from bbaji999.
• Use bbaji999's trademarks, logos, or brand assets in any manner without explicit authorisation.
• Create derivative works based on any content or software from the bbaji999 platform.
• Frame or mirror the bbaji999 website on any other domain or platform.

Game software and assets provided by third-party studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi) remain the intellectual property of the respective studios and are subject to their own licensing terms.

10 Limitation of Liability

bbaji999 provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the platform operates reliably and securely, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bbaji999 shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to access the platform.
• Losses resulting from interrupted access due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, cyberattacks, or force majeure events.

• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.
• The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any sports statistics, match data, or informational content displayed on the platform.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11 Account Suspension & Termination

bbaji999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Discovery of a duplicate account held by the same player.
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match-fixing involvement.
• Receipt of a request or court order from a competent legal authority.
• The platform's decision to cease operations in a particular jurisdiction.

Player-Initiated Closure

You may request permanent closure of your bbaji999 account at any time by contacting our support team at support@bbaji999. Upon receiving a closure request, bbaji999 will process the request within 24 hours. Any verified real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be returned via your last active payment method, subject to successful identity verification.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account — whether initiated by you or by bbaji999 — your licence to access the platform ceases immediately. Bonus balances and any wagering requirement progress are forfeited upon closure. Real-money balances earned through legitimate play will be returned to the player in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures, except where forfeiture is warranted under these Terms.

12 Amendments to These Terms

bbaji999 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and by displaying a prominent notice on the bbaji999 website.

Amendments take effect 14 days after the date of notification, except where changes are required by law or by a regulatory directive, in which case they take effect immediately. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

We recommend that all players review these Terms periodically. The "Effective" date shown at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision. If you do not accept an amendment, you should cease using the platform and contact our support team to request account closure and the return of any real-money balance.
